Description
The Walker County Board of Education is seeking sealed proposals from general contractors for the renovation of Ridgeland High School, located at 2478 Happy Valley Road, Rossville, GA 30741. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM on-site. Proposals must be submitted by December 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET. The project involves renovations to the high school, and the owner reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities and to reject any or all proposals.
• The proposal documents can be examined at Southern A & E's office or downloaded through their online plan service.
• A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base proposal is required.
• Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required prior to commencement of construction.
• The owner reserves the right to evaluate and award the proposal to what is most advantageous for Walker County Board of Education.
