Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Baltimore District) is seeking lease proposals for approximately 6,587 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space near the existing Armed Forces Career Center in Mechanicsburg, PA. The space must have a secondary egress, adequate parking for about 20 government vehicles (day and overnight), and must be leased under a Government Lease agreement. The lease term may be up to five (5) years, with the possibility of renewal options, and rent must include CAM, taxes, and insurance. Proposals are due by October 2, 2026. Contractors must be registered in SAM and provide a notarized letter appointing an Entity Administrator. The lease includes extensive responsibilities for the lessor regarding utilities, HVAC, maintenance, snow removal, janitorial services, and compliance with various building and safety codes.
