Department of Military Affairs Compensation and Classification Study

The Virginia Department of Military Affairs is seeking qualified consulting services to perform a comprehensive compensation and classification study covering roughly 350 civilian employees across 75 position classes. The scope includes job analysis, position‑description reviews, internal equity assessments, external salary benchmarking, development of an updated pay structure, and delivery of implementation tools and training aligned with Commonwealth DHRM guidance.
