Description
The Texas Military Department is seeking bids for the renovation of the men's and women's restrooms in the General Instruction Building (Building 82) at Camp Mabry in Austin, Texas. The project includes demolition, floor preparation, installation of new slip-resistant flooring, replacement of plumbing fixtures and partitions, limited ADA modifications, and incidental repairs. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents.
• The project requires compliance with applicable codes, ADA requirements, UFC standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
• Bids must be submitted by August 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• The contract term is one year, with the option for renewal.
• The estimated cost of the project is $109,000.
