Description
The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking a contractor to lease, install, and maintain two temporary modular workspace facilities at Camp Mabry (165 personnel total). The contractor must deliver, place, assemble, fit‑out, test, and commission both units so that final acceptance occurs by 16 April 2027. The initial lease term is 36 months with two optional one‑year renewals and a purchase option. Pricing is firm for the base lease period; the award will be made to the lowest responsive bid. The contract value is estimated at $3 million. Bids are sealed and must be received by 11:30 AM CST on 17 Nov 2026 at Camp Mabry, Building 37, Austin, TX.
