Description
The City of Douglas is seeking bids for the installation of new pickleball courts. The project includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the installation of five new concrete pickleball courts, complete with grading, drainage, sidewalks, fencing, nets, striping, benches, lighting, etc. The work must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the date of notice to proceed. The estimated budget for this project is $325,000.00.
• The bid package can be obtained from Lancore Engineering, P.C. for $250.00 per hard copy set and $150.00 per digital set (PDF format).
• Separate contract Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder prior to execution of contracts.
• The City of Douglas reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner.
