High Voltage Lineman Staff Augmentation

The City of Richmond, Virginia is seeking bids from qualified electric power utility firms to provide staff augmentation services for high voltage lineman work. The selected contractor will provide staff augmentation in areas such as distribution construction, troubleshooting, system damage repair, and other support services. The contractor will be required to provide a crew consisting of a foreman, lineman, and ground man, and will be responsible for performing work such as pole replacement, circuit re-conducting, trenching, and cable installation.
