Los Angeles Unified School District seeks a qualified firm to deliver 24/7 preventive, diagnostic, corrective‑repair and technical‑support services for its Van Nuys Modular Data Center, covering power‑distribution, UPS, cooling, IT hardware, fire‑suppression, and access‑control systems. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, initially for one year with four one‑year renewal options, and requires rapid emergency response, strict service‑level agreements, and comprehensive reporting.
