Description
The Moffat County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals for Arena Equipment for the Moffat County Fairgrounds. The equipment includes Left Hand Bucking Chutes, Right Hand Bucking Chutes, Roping Chute, and Stripping Chute. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary equipment and materials. The project duration is approximately 204 days, from December 9, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
• The equipment must meet the specified requirements, including being constructed of 8-gauge and 11-gauge steel components.
• The successful bidder must provide a completed Bid Form, Bid Schedule, and Anti-Collusion Affidavit.
• The bidder must also certify that they have not participated in any communication, consultation, discussion, agreement, collusion, or other conduct inconsistent with the statements and representations made in the Anti-Collusion Affidavit.
