The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking quotes for Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation of a property located at 11538 Mollyknoll Avenue, Whittier, CA 90604. The scope of work includes all necessary and incidental work in accordance with the "Appendix B - Statement of Work." Contractors must meet specific insurance requirements, have a valid contractor's license, and obtain EPA "Lead-Safe" certification.
