Dilution Calibrator

The City of El Paso is seeking a supplier to provide a dynamic dilution calibrator. The calibrator should be microprocessor-controlled for accurately diluting concentrated source gases. The contract has a potential value of up to $49,999.99 per annum or $100,000 for multiple years. The City reserves the right to adjust the scope of supplies and services as necessary. The contract may be utilized by other local government entities under an interlocal cooperation agreement. Key points to consider: • The calibrator must meet the City's minimum specifications. • The supplier must provide a copy of their company's organization certificate and DBA certificate (if applicable). • The supplier must disclose any prior or pending litigation, acquisitions/mergers, civil or criminal, involving a governmental agency. • The contract includes provisions for payment terms, delivery, and emergency delivery requirements. • The City has a Cone of Silence/Anti Lobbying Policy in place, which prohibits communication or lobbying activities during the solicitation process. • The contract may be subject to various federal regulations, including those related to debarment, suspension, and lobbying.
