The contract also includes a trade‑in component for 48 existing Glock Gen 5 pistols, for which the vendor must provide per‑unit credit. Delivery of the new firearms must occur within 60 days of a purchase order, and the vendor must handle ATF‑compliant trade‑in processing. Pricing must remain firm for at least 90 days after the proposal due date.
