Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Kansas City District) is seeking a fully‑serviced, turnkey lease for approximately 800 gross sq ft of non‑residential office space in Manhattan, Kansas. The Government will evaluate proposals on price (gross annual lease rate per sq ft) and a set of technical factors such as location, building condition, parking, utilities, and security. The lease term can be up to five years with termination rights, and the Lessor must provide all utilities, janitorial services, parking, and necessary building improvements to meet the specifications. No construction work is required from the offeror beyond any alterations stipulated in the lease.
