Description
The project involves the removal and replacement of the roof shingle system, including the removal of skylights and infilling the openings with wood framing, plywood decking, and roof shingles. The contractor will also add batt insulation and wood framing to support new drywall ceilings. The work must be done in accordance with applicable state building codes, manufacturer's recommendations, and industry standards.
