Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a Teradyne Tester Support Agreement to cover maintenance, calibration, and repair of government-owned Teradyne Model microFLEX Semiconductor Test Systems. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Teradyne Inc. The contract is expected to be for a period of 12 months, with an option for extension. The contractor will be required to provide support services, including maintenance, calibration, and repair of the test systems.
• The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a quote for the services, including a detailed description of the services to be provided and the price for each service.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and export control.
• The contractor must provide a plan for ensuring the security and integrity of the test systems and the data they contain.
