The Call for Solutions is open and continuous, with an initial evaluation cut-off date of 17 Apr 2026, and subsequent submissions will be evaluated on a continuous rolling basis. The Government is seeking UAS solutions that are production-ready and capable of performing missions such as Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Target Acquisition (RSTA), electronic warfare, communications relay, or strike.
Key aspects of the job include:

• The UAS solutions must be production-ready and capable of performing specific missions.
• The offeror must provide a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) and support supply chain verification activities to prove compliance.
• The offeror must possess a Unique Entity ID (UEI) and have an active and approved registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
• The offeror must have an approved Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
The evaluation process will consist of three steps: Initial Capability Assessment, Provisional Onboarding and NDAA Compliance Assessment, and Cleared Status and Basic Ordering Agreement. The Government intends to establish one or more Firm-Fixed-Price Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) as a result of this Call.
