MassDOT UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM GOODS and SERVICES (UASGS)

MassDOT is seeking vendors to provide a full suite of unmanned aircraft system (UAS) goods and services for transportation‑related applications. The solicitation covers hardware (UAV platforms, sensors, accessories, power and communications equipment), software (flight planning, data‑management SaaS, AI/ML analytics), and a broad range of consulting services (operations, data processing, integration, training, maintenance, and inspection). Responses are submitted electronically via COMMBUYS and must include detailed category selections, experience narratives, business capacity statements, and required compliance forms (insurance, supplier‑diversity, prompt‑payment, etc.). The contract will be a rolling‑enrollment task‑order IDIQ with an initial five‑year term and two optional two‑year renewals (up to nine years total).
