Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of State Police is seeking vendors to supply a wide range of trailers, trailer parts, accessories, graphics, painting, and related repair and maintenance services under a rolling‑enrollment, best‑value contract. The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors, requires participation in the Supplier Diversity Program, and mandates electronic quote submission through COMMBUYS. Evaluation will be based on price (30 %), experience (15 %), prompt‑payment discount (10 %), business references (20 %), and Supplier Diversity Plan (25 %). The contract may run up to nine years (initial three‑year term with three optional two‑year extensions).
