The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of State Police is seeking qualified vendors to provide a wide range of training services to support all divisions, specialty units, and troops of the Massachusetts State Police. The solicitation is a rate‑contract with an initial term of up to 24 months, renewable for three additional 24‑month periods, for a maximum contract life of eight years. Bidders must submit a Supplier Diversity Plan, meet a minimum 1 % SDP spend, and respond to detailed evaluation criteria that weight price, experience, prompt‑payment discounts, references, and supplier‑diversity compliance.
