The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC) is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of specialized police training that is not covered under existing statewide contracts. The solicitation is open‑ended, allowing electronic quotes on a per‑attendee flat‑rate basis, with a minimum 90‑day quote validity and a 10‑year contract term (with two optional five‑year renewals).
