Massachusetts State Police is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive boot repair services for combat and field boots across the Commonwealth. The contract will be a rate‑based, blanket agreement allowing rolling enrollment, with a maximum term of eight years (2023‑2031) and the ability to add multiple contractors. Vendors must be SBPP‑eligible, submit required standard forms, and meet insurance, background‑check, and supplier‑diversity requirements. The work includes receiving boots at the contractor’s facility, repairing them within two weeks, and providing priority service to the State Police, with emergency and additional location coverage as needed.
