Description
The Massachusetts State Police Marine Unit is seeking vendors to provide a full‑service, all‑inclusive supply of marine parts, equipment, repairs, maintenance, and related training on a rolling‑enrollment blanket contract. The award will be a multi‑year, renewable (up to eight years total) agreement with no guaranteed award, and bidders must comply with the Supplier Diversity Program and submit required certifications, references, and a Supplier Diversity Plan.
• Provide marine‑related parts, components, engines, accessories, and consumables for the state police fleet.
• Deliver repair, maintenance, and overhaul services for vessels and associated ground‑support equipment.
• Offer training, trade‑in options, and any new technology substitutions as needed, with mandatory reporting on supplier‑diversity participation.
