This solicitation seeks vendors to provide the latest editions of core law‑enforcement training textbooks and any associated instructional resources for the Commonwealth’s police training program. The contract will be awarded on a non‑statewide, open‑market basis and may be split among multiple vendors, with a two‑year base period and up to five renewal options.
