Description
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences seeks responses from qualified vendors to provide laboratory equipment and instrumentation, through outright purchase, lease arrangements, reagent rental arrangements, or all-inclusive lease programs that also include reagents, consumables, operational training, and service agreements. The successful vendors will be added to a Master Agreement list, which will be used on an as-needed basis by the Department. Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Offering lease arrangements, reagent rental arrangements, or all-inclusive lease programs
• Including reagents, consumables, operational training, and service agreements
• Meeting the criteria established in the RFR to be added to the Master Agreement list
• Complying with all applicable Federal laws and regulations, and all applicable Commonwealth of Massachusetts Laws and Regulations
