Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Education Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑site workforce education and training support for the Massachusetts Veterans Home at Chelsea for a one‑year period. The contractor will assess current training compliance, develop corrective action plans, create and implement an Annual Education Plan, and deliver ongoing education across all three shifts to ensure compliance with DPH, CMS, VA, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct a comprehensive training and regulatory compliance assessment within the first month and deliver an Education Action Plan.
• Develop a detailed Annual Education Plan covering required topics, schedules, and tracking mechanisms, with monthly updates.
• Provide on‑site training, re‑education, and competency validation for all staff (day, evening, overnight) throughout the contract year, responding to incidents within 30 days.
• Submit monthly progress reports and a final compliance status report at contract end.
• Must be an RN‑licensed entity with Level 2 SNF leadership experience, able to staff three shifts, and meet SBPP and Supplier Diversity requirements.
