The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of State Police is seeking qualified vendors to supply UN‑1230 grade methanol in 55‑gallon drums (or equivalent size) for water‑treatment use at the State Police Academy, with the requirement that the contractor remove and dispose of empty containers after use. The solicitation is a small‑procurement (estimated $6‑$8 K per year) and will be awarded as a two‑year rate contract, with two optional two‑year renewal periods. Vendors must be able to provide a prompt‑payment discount, comply with the Small‑Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) and Supplier Diversity Program (SDP), and meet insurance, security‑clearance, and indemnification requirements.
