Description
The Massachusetts State Police is soliciting bidders for the purchase and delivery of propane. The resultant Contract(s) will also be available for use by other eligible entities. Bids must be submitted through the COMMBUYS system. The bidder guarantees that the product supplied will meet or exceed the ASTM Specifications for Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases, Designation D1835 and NFPA58 2020 Ed. Standard for the storage and handling, or latest revision thereof.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing propane to various locations in Massachusetts
• Meeting the ASTM specifications for Liquefied Petroleum (LP) Gases
• Having an office located in New England, preferably Massachusetts
• Cooperating with the Department in the event of termination to ensure continuity of services
• Indemnifying and holding harmless the Commonwealth against any claims, liabilities, and costs
