Refilling of Propane

The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide on‑site propane refilling services for its fleet of State‑owned cylinders throughout the Oahu district. The contractor will be paid a fixed unit price per pound of propane dispensed, with all taxes, fees, and delivery costs included in that price. Service must be performed during regular business hours, with each order fulfilled within two business days of request, and monthly invoicing required. The contract runs for a twelve‑month term and will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑per‑pound basis. • Provide refill services for 20‑lb, 40‑lb, 100‑lb and forklift propane cylinders owned by the State. • Complete each fill request within two business days, Monday‑Friday 6:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m., excluding State holidays. • Submit one monthly invoice with signed delivery tickets; payment is based on actual pounds dispensed at the awarded unit price.
