The State of Hawaii Department of Transportation – Harbors is soliciting bids for an open‑ended pavement‑repair contract at multiple locations within Hilo Harbor (Island of Hawaii). The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and related services to repair asphalt pavement on an “as‑needed” basis throughout the contract period, responding to work orders issued by the State.
