Description
This solicitation awards an open‑ended, “as‑needed” contract for landscape‑care services along the State Highway Right‑of‑Way on the Island of Hawaii. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials to perform weeding, mowing, edging, debris and litter removal, and related upkeep for designated highway corridors in two geographic areas (East and West). The work is performed under an indefinite‑quantity, price‑term arrangement with a base contract term of up to 60 months and four optional 12‑month extensions.
