Description
The North County Educational Purchasing Consortium (NCEPC) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and service bottled‑water dispensers and related consumables for its member school districts. The contract covers the provision of various bottled water sizes, dispenser equipment (room‑temp, hot‑cold, electric, bottom‑loading models), in‑line filtration, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inventory management, and training. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with the contract initially spanning one year and possible extensions up to four additional years.
• Supply of estimated quantities of 5‑gal, 3‑gal, and 16‑oz bottled water plus paper cups and sleeves.
• Installation and full‑service maintenance of a range of water dispensers (room‑temp, electric hot‑cold, countertop, etc.).
• Ongoing services: 24‑hour special‑order delivery, quarterly usage reports, bi‑annual inventory reports, and annual physical inventories.
• Mandatory compliance with California state regulations, insurance requirements, and school‑property safety rules.
• Penalties for late delivery (2.5 % per day) and termination rights for non‑performance.
