This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide bottled water and water‑cooler rental services for a 12‑month period at the Alabama Emergency Management Agency (AEMA) location in Clanton, AL. The State will receive approximately 16 five‑gallon water bottles each month and will rent five water coolers for the duration of the contract. The award will be a Quick Quote (RFQ) with a total contract ceiling not to exceed $25,000.
