Description
The North County Educational Purchasing Consortium (NC EPC) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and maintain bottled‑water dispensers, in‑line filtration systems, bottled water, cups, and related consumables for all member school districts. The contract is an indefinite‑quantity, one‑year agreement with optional extensions, requiring firm pricing, 24‑hour special‑order delivery, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, inventory management, and quarterly reporting. Vendors must be located in San Diego County and possess required insurance and compliance certifications.
• Supply and install electric bottled‑water dispensers with in‑line filtration across ~44 school districts.
• Provide ongoing consumables (water, cups) with bi‑weekly deliveries and 48‑hour special‑order service.
• Deliver preventive maintenance, emergency repair (48‑hour response), inventory tracking, and quarterly usage reports.
