The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of State Police is issuing a competitive solicitation for the purchase of federally‑approved child passenger safety seats (infant seats, convertible seats, booster seats, accessories, and related repair parts). The award will be a rate‑contract (no maximum ceiling) with a three‑year base term and two optional two‑year renewals, for a total possible performance period of seven years. Bidders must be Small‑Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) eligible, submit a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) plan committing at least 1 % of contract sales to certified diverse partners, and provide required forms (standard contract, prompt‑pay discount, insurance, etc.).
