Description
The City of Pawtucket seeks vendors to supply a broad portfolio of vehicle‑fleet parts, lubricants, tools, windshield/mirror assemblies, upholstery, and related services for its light, medium, and heavy‑duty vehicles as well as off‑road equipment. The solicitation is open‑ended (continuous‑recruitment) with no fixed submission deadline; proposals are opened at the next Purchasing Board meeting after receipt and become irrevocable for at least 90 days. The contract runs through June 30 2026 with the option for two one‑year extensions, and the City may award based primarily on cost (65 % weighting) together with location, warranty, delivery, and operating‑hour criteria. Vendors must provide a 5 % bid bond, 5 % performance bond, and meet insurance, prevailing‑wage, and equal‑opportunity requirements.
• Supplies include OEM and aftermarket parts for light‑truck, medium & heavy‑duty trucks, and off‑road equipment (e.g., brakes, filters, electrical components, hydraulic parts).
• Includes consumables such as engine oils, ATF, greases, batteries, tire accessories, and related shop tools.
• Delivery to the City’s Public Works garage (250 Armistice Blvd) and other city locations; 90‑day warranty on services; pricing must be firm, fixed, and FOB destination.
