The City of Philadelphia is seeking vendors to provide parts and labor for the repair of a broad range of small‑to‑medium powered equipment (e.g., lawn mowers, weed whackers, chainsaws, jackhammers, snow blowers, sprayers, power washers). This is a micro‑purchase (under the $45,000 ceiling) awarded as a requirements contract, meaning the City may order services as needed throughout the contract term. Vendors must quote for all items and may perform repairs either on‑site at the City’s address or at the vendor’s own shop.
