The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to supply approximately 375 ballistic helmets for its Fire and Emergency Services department. The helmets must meet NIJ Level IIIA standards, be coyote‑brown, and conform to the Spec Ops full‑cut configuration (or an approved equivalent). Bids are sealed, competitive, and awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
