Description
The Department of War is announcing a funding opportunity to develop a pilot program to increase the capacity of eligible institutions to achieve very high research activity status. The program aims to enhance research and education programs in scientific and engineering disciplines critical to national security. Eligible institutions must be historically Black colleges or universities or other minority-serving institutions. The program will provide grants to support research and research-related educational enhancements. The proposals must align with the research areas of interest to the Department of War and enhance the education of students in areas of STEM.
