Used Oil Recycling and Disposal

The County of Butte is seeking bids for used oil recycling and disposal services for various Public Works Facilities. The contractor will be responsible for collecting used oil and filters during regular business hours on an approximately 30-to-45-day rotation or when called to be placed on a schedule. The contract term is anticipated to be three years with an option for two one-year extensions. • The contractor must maintain current certificates and licenses pertaining to the transfer, transportation, storage, and management of disposal. • The contractor must use the County's EPA Generator Identification Number specific to each location. • The contractor must provide firm, fixed pricing for the first three years of the contract term. • The County reserves the right to accept bids on individual items, groups of items, or all items included in the IFB.
