The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is conducting market research to determine whether responsible industry sources exist that can provide uninterrupted Aerial Remotely Piloted Vehicle Target (ARPVT) systems and services support without substantial duplication of cost to the Government or unacceptable delays in fulfilling agency requirements. The Government is considering the most effective acquisition approach for continued ARPVT support, which may include an extension of the current Griffon Aerospace Inc. contract for up to five years. The requirement includes support for MQM-170, MQM-171, and MQM-186 aerial target operations and related field services. Interested sources shall submit written capability statements no later than 28 July 2026.
Some key points of the job include:
• Providing ARPVT systems and services support
• Supporting MQM-170, MQM-171, and MQM-186 aerial target operations
• Providing related field services
• Meeting the Government's required schedule while avoiding duplication of cost and transition delays
• Access to technical data, software, tooling, configuration information, support equipment, qualified personnel, safety releases, airworthiness documentation, and supply chain needed to perform without Government-funded requalification or extensive transition
