Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking quotes for the provision of self-locking hex nuts and data requirements. The quote must include price, FOB point, Cage Code, and other information. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the payment terms will be net 30 days after acceptance of material.
• The quote must include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.
• The offeror must provide a completed copy of the provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 252.204-7016.
• The offeror must provide information about the country of origin for each line item.
• The offeror must provide a point of contact, name, and phone number.
• The offeror must provide a GSA contract number if applicable.
• The offeror must provide business size under the NAICS Code.
• The offeror must provide information about payment terms, including whether they accept Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
