Replace Epoxy Floor Coating at Station Lake Tahoe

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to replace the existing epoxy floor coating with new, commercial-grade high-grip epoxy floor coating in the approximately 2,432 square foot boat maintenance facility at USCG Station Lake Tahoe in Tahoe City, CA. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. Key features of the project include: • Removing and storing any interferences • Removing existing epoxy floor coating • Preparing the surface for installation of new floor coating • Installing new high-grip epoxy floor coating • Reinstalling any interferences that were removed • Disposing of removed epoxy flooring material in accordance with industry standards and applicable environmental regulations • Demobilizing and removing all equipment and personnel from the facility
