Description
The City of East St. Louis is soliciting sealed bids from licensed, bonded, and certified electrical contractors to supply and install power‑panel equipment on fourteen (14) Ameren utility poles throughout the city. The work includes providing and installing ¾‑inch Schedule 40 PVC conduit, #12 wire, and weatherheads at each pole location as detailed in the attached specifications. Bids must be received by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope: Supply and install power panel equipment, conduit, wiring, and weatherheads on 14 utility poles.
