Description
The Linn‑Mar Community School District is seeking a vendor to redesign and rebuild its public‑facing website on WordPress (or an equivalent CMS) with modern UX/UI, full accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), multilingual support, and integrated tools for news, events, staff directory, forms, and a “Virtual Backpack” workflow. The scope includes discovery, content audit, migration of roughly half of the existing 400 pages and 550+ news items, design, development, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and training for district staff. The project must support Azure/Entra ID single sign‑on, FERPA‑compliant forms, and a 99.9 % uptime hosting SLA, with a target launch in mid‑2027.
