Portable Road Tube Counters

The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids for portable road tube counters. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors such as meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedules. The bidding process is subject to the procedures and requirements established in Iowa Administrative Code 761-20. Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination. • The Iowa DOT is a tax-exempt agency, and tax exemption certificates will be provided upon request. • The exact quantity of items to be purchased is dependent on funding and Iowa DOT final approval. • There are no guaranteed minimum purchases, and actual purchases may vary considerably. • A Notification of Intent to Award (NOIA) and bid tabulation will be posted publicly on the IMPACS Business Opportunities site after responses are evaluated.
