PCC Sidewalk Slab Removal & Replacement FY 2026

The City of Florissant is seeking bids for a sidewalk repair and replacement project focused on Portland Cement Concrete slabs. The project must be performed in full compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act standards. The majority of the project site is located within the Willow Creek subdivision. Tree removal and stump grinding will be completed before concrete work begins. The contract shall run for a period of 120 days after the Notice to Proceed letter is issued. * The project involves the removal and replacement of PCC sidewalks, including 4" and 6" approach sidewalks and ADA sidewalk curb ramps. * The contract requires the bidder to furnish all supervision, technical personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, training, and transportation services required to complete the work. * The bidder must also participate in a federal work authorization program and provide a performance bond in an amount equivalent to 100% of the contract price. * The bid must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, which shall consist of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City of Florissant.
