Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide hand pumps, specifically the Blackmer/Dover PAB414NAFC-1-1/4” (P/N E-3962L) model. The requirement is for 4 units of this hand pump. The contractor must be a small business and must provide pricing for each unit. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The hand pumps must meet the specified requirements and must be compatible with the existing equipment.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provisions 252.204-7016 and 252.204-7019 with their offer.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a point of contact, name, and phone number with their quote.
• The contractor must indicate their business size under the NAICS Code.
• The contractor must provide information on their capability to meet all specifications and requirements.
