Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Gigamon licenses. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from December 28, 2025, and ending on December 27, 2026. Bidders must provide a complete bid package, including all required documentation and attachments, and submit it online via the Vendor Self Service portal. The bid package should include a copy of the bid response, the County's solicitation standard terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, specifications, and any other required attachments. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
• The contract requires the provision of Gigamon licenses, including GVS-HC2A0-SW-TM, SMT-HC0-X16-SW-TM, BPS-HC0-D25A4G-SW-TM, and TAP-HC0-G100C0-SW-TM.
• The licenses should include elite-plus software support programs.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Gigamon products.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the products.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
• The County reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contract at any time prior to award, and may procure similar goods or services from other sources if the contract is terminated.
