Description
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services, is seeking bids for the OYA Riverbend Living Units Renovation project. The project includes demolition of existing living units and construction of two new living units, each with ten private dormitories, a dayroom, and renovations to existing mudroom, restroom, shower rooms, gym, and exam room. The project is estimated to cost between $8,000,000.00 and is expected to start upon issuance of Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion expected within 14 months and final completion within 20 days after substantial completion.
• The project requires compliance with State Buy America requirements and apprenticeship requirements.
• The contractor must maintain various insurance coverages, including Builder's Risk Insurance and Commercial General Liability.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 08, 2025, at 10:00 AM (PST).
• Bids must be submitted through the OregonBuys system by October 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
