The chairs must meet specific requirements, including being powered base models with pendant caster lock control, having a minimum height of 20 inches and a maximum height of 40 inches, and having a patient surface width of 26 inches. The contract is for a one-time supply with no option years, and the vendor must deliver the equipment to the Fargo VA Health Care System within 90 days. The vendor must also provide a one-year minimum warranty that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
